激光在泌尿外科中的应用进展

摘要:上尿路结石与前列腺增生是泌尿外科的常见疾病,上尿路结石常伴有肾盂积水、腰腹部胀痛等不适,积水严重时会诱发感染,严重损伤肾功能;前列腺增生常有尿频、尿急、尿痛伴排尿不畅。近年来,泌尿系结石与前列腺增生的发病率逐年增高,因激光具有良好的切割与爆破能力,激光碎石与激光剜除是临床上常见的治疗手段,选择合适的激光可以有效提高手术效率并降低术后并发症的发生率。本文通过检索归纳目前泌尿外科常见的医用激光在泌尿系结石与前列腺增生的应用进展进行系统的总结综述。
