膝关节置换术后迟发性感染与小腿皮癣相关性研究_第三期_2026_医学理论研究

摘要：目的：膝关节置换术后迟发性感染与小腿皮癣相关性研究。方法：选择5名足癣患者了解一般信息，所有患者均于2020年1月至2024年1月在我们的设施接受治疗。其中男性和女性患者分布为2/3，年龄60-70岁，平均年龄65岁，住院病程6-8天。依据皮肤条件选择皮癣组与常规组，每组各5例，皮癣组与常规组均选择同一手术医师，手术经过及手术器械均相同，结果：小腿皮癣患者膝关节置换术后迟发性感染率明显高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：小腿皮癣患者术后膝关节置换迟发性感染率更高，手术需更加谨慎，行膝关节置换前，需皮肤科治疗，待皮癣治愈后再行关节置换手术，为以后膝关节置换临床治疗，具有一定指导意义。
