摘要:口腔诊疗过程中,不少患者会出现疼痛与焦虑情绪,传统麻醉药物能达成镇痛目的,不过存在副作用、禁忌症,还有部分患者耐受度不足的情况。催眠技术属于非药物的安全心理干预方式,最近几年在围手术期管理里显现出应用价值,在牙科领域可用于镇静、镇痛、麻醉和止血等多个环节,推进治疗开展,优化牙科患者的诊疗体验。本文梳理了国内外疼痛管理领域中关于催眠的各类相关研究,探讨催眠技术作为辅助手段在口腔诊疗中管控疼痛与焦虑的有效性,分析其理论背景、作用机制、实施方式及临床意义,为了给优化患者舒适度、降低药物依赖提供新的思路。
